HOW CAN I FIX MY WASHER DRYER HOTPOINT WD640?

I HAVE A HOTPOINT WASHER DRYER MODEL NUMBER WD640 WHEN USING THE DRYER IT GOES THROUGH THE FULL CYCLE BUT THE CLOTHES ARE STILL WET AT THE END OF IT. CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST WHICH PART I NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU.

John. sounds like the heating element is faulty. This can happen if the element has overheated and burnt out.
It's an awkward job to replace, and best left to an engineer.
