Mend Caroma Leaking Cistern

How do I stop my toilet cistern leaking into the bowl - Caroma?

I have changed the entire inlet valve assembly and the seating washer but the water keeps draining into the bowl. Can someone pls pls help??

All inlet valves need adjusting somewhere there will be a water level adjustment either threaded rod on valve end of the float arm or if cup type float that rises up a rack shaft there should be a long adjustment rod at the side of it.
