Where do i get cistern bolts for external mount on a Caroma?

I do not know what model the toilet is but the Cistern was made in 1987 and sits directly on the pan. The bolts slot into a piece of stainless plate that sits under the cistern and is held in place by the nut that holds the cistern outlet in place.

Plumbers Merchant or DIY store - the rubber washer is called a Doughnut Washer (Donut) often comes in a kit with the metal plate and wing-nut bolts - about $10.
