How can I fix my caroma toilet?

I have a continuous leaking toilet. It's a caroma stylus minuet w25210. How do I open up the dual flush cistern? Can you help me please.

As with our leaking minuet in a relatively new house, the plumber who installed it, left the plastic bag with instruction sheet inside the cistern. This eventually worked its way under the seal, causing an increasing leak.
What we have to put up with...incompetent tradespeople.

Push down one of the buttons, you will see a small notch that you can use you lift up the other button (and a small straw that is used to activate the flush). You will then be able to lift out the other button. From there you will see a plastic screw in the hole where the buttons where. By unscrewing that you will be able to lift off the lid.
