The switch that sprays water onto the windows fails to operate. How do I fit a new one?

Before replacing the switch, check the fuse, power and earth at the pumpmotor and blockages in the washer pipework.
It would also be an idea if you ask anymore questions to include the make, model and year then a more detailed answer could be given!!
