my washing machine has stopped in mid program
the green wash light is on and will not go out even if
I switch machine off and restart machine what can be
the problem it stopped with water in drum could not turn program to drain water as machine will not operate
My washer won't start when I set it it lights up and the green light stays on as though its about to start but nothing happens and it's started on a cycle that I set but stopped half way through so clothes were still soaking wet but could open the door what can I do to repair it

if the machine wont reset by turning the dial to the 12 o clock position then you'll need to replace the module aswell

motor brushes worn (door locking physically but machine does not know its locked so it will not do anything)
