my Diplomat, APM 8513/2 will not drain?

Is the Machines flexi-pipe or waste pipe leading to outside drain blocked?
If both clear, pour some water into machine drum, switch on to "DRAIN". If no noise evident and no water in outside drain, PUMP FAULTY.
If no "DRAIN" on system, switch it to "SPIN". Again, If no noise of pumping apparent prior to spin starting, the pump is the problem.
The pump can rarely, but a possiblity, may just be jammed from turning due to a foreign body, e.g. grit. Open the front filter and make sure it is clean. With the filter door open, pour a little water in the door and wait to see if it will flush out any debris and free the pump.
