My Gener 8 Steam Station does not steam can you help?

hey there :P i ad exactly the same problem with mine,so i decided 2 take it to pieces & i found out that the problem was the pipe at the front of the iron from where the water out of the tank goes through-to fix this i simply took off the pipe n cut it down by aprox 8mm,as b4 the pipe was 'S' bent not allowin the water through to produce into steam,5 mins later the iron was back together working like a dream :) hope this has helped your problem
