Mend Texecom Alarm Will Not Accept Code

my alarm will not accept the code?

after a power cut,my alarm does not respond to its code.i have no manual to reset it as i think it may have reverted back to its factory settings.at least 1 of its fuses had blown,possibly more.its a texecom board inside.
