Mend Fisher & Paykel GW609AU Water Start

Why my Fisher & Paykel Toploader GW609AU water will not fill into drum?

On start the water is not filling into drum, I have changed the H&C valves and the mist sensor but still it will not work. It goes straight into wash spin mode.
