how do i fix my emobleiser ive put ne battery in and it still woe work?

ive got a rover200 and my emobleiser wont work ive put new battery in and it still wont work wat do i do

The keys and/or ecu may have dropped the code. Will need to be recoded. Any garage with the right equipment should be able to help. Approx cost £65
