my factory fitted immobiliser wont disarm after battery went flay on my rov?

rover 220 battery went flat and factory fitted immobiliser wont disarm after recharging key fob wont work trued resyncing fob need my ecu and key fob sorted or just key recoded or just bypass ther immobiliser ???????????
