what does e20 mean ?

this error code means the machine is not able to drain. Have you moved it recently if so check the drain hose is not kinked. Otherwise check the filter.

1) manually drain as much water as possible by lowering the drainage hose into a bucket.

2) remove the lower front panel

3 the filter is in the large hose that comes from the drum. Remove and clean.

Have a mop handy it will be messy

put everything back together and run machine. If this does not work you have a more serious problem.
