Mend Zanussi WJD1270W Washer/dryer Drain Error

How can I fix a Zanussi Washer/Dryer Model: WJD1270W?

When I set the machine to wash (any cycle), it fills with water, the water jet starts, the machine takes the soap powder and then after a minute or so, it immediately skips to the 'drain' setting and drains all the water out then stops.

The display does't show any error messages, the time displayed just skips from 2:01 to 0:03.

Any help would be appreciated.
