Mend LG WM1832 Washing Machine Drain Pump Filter

LG WM 1832 Front Loader Washer OE Error?

My LG WM 1832 Front Loader Washer continues to show an OE Error despite the fact I can manually get the drain pump and spin cycles to work using the QC Test Mode procedure. I have cleaned out the Filter (initially found a cloth article impeding flow) and confirmed no other blocks to drain tube, etc. Load of wash will run until it gets ready to go to spin cycle and drain and then the OE Error comes up. I have been manually turning on the high speed cycle and drain pump so I know the drain pumps work. Any ideas please?

machine not emptying out in a specific time span
drain the water out of tub using the hose at the side of the filter
check all lower hoses are clear
inspect the filter and clean it
check that the pump impeller turns freely
refit the filter, try machine and check for a leak
