hi, i have a hp washing machine door wont open no water in machine at all door just stuck keeps flashing door at me and making a noise help pls

Remove the bottom front cover (the short narrow one that covers the filter drain plug.)
Just above the drain plug you will see what looks like a large green tiewrap hanging down. This is the emergency door release.
Just give it a gentle tug and it will overide the door lock
