Mend Kenmore HE3T Light Works Seconds

controls locked?

I have a kenmore he3t washer, the controls locked light is on and nothing works, it wont reset when you hold it for 3 seconds, and it doesnt reset when u unplug it for a period of time, it just comes back on. can anyone help.
