Use your computer to clean the head, do the following
1. Go to Start
2. Select Control panel
3. Select Printer and Faxes
4. Right click on your printer
5. Select properties
6. Select Utilities
7. Select head clean and follow instructions
8. Make sure you have a few sheets of paper
