Mend Skoda Octavia Elegance 2004 Lost Help

I have lost both my set of keys for my Skoda( Octavia Elegance 2004 ).Help!?

Please tell me how can i get a set of keys?The dealers are quoting Rs 30,000 i.e( $ 750) to fix.There must be a cheaper solution as i don't think i can afford so much as my insurance won't cover it.Please help as my house keys and so many important things that i need are in the car and i can't open my car.

There is no cheaper way other than trying other dealers. Remember as you cannot produce a key for a re-cut pattern they have to prepare a 'Digital key' to enable them to cut a key using the correct key blank and cutting wheel set.
