I need to know how to hook up throttle linkage?

I have a craftsman highwheel trimmer that was given to me. When i got it the throttle linkage was off and I am trying to hook it back up so that i can see what is wrong with it. I have the manual but it doesn't show how to hook it up. It is a craftsman 5.0 hp trimmer
model number of the engine is 143.985012. Any links pics or advice would be greatly appreciated. The linkage and spring is still hooked to governor. I just need to know where it hooks on Carb and throttle control bracket
