problem with boiler ?

hi i have a valiant turbo max 282/1e boiler i carnt get hot water unless the heating is on what is the problem is it an easy fix? thanks mark

sound like a faulty diverter valve you need a heating engineer to repair sorry not cheap or something you can do yourself
