smeg df612sdx wont program?

our smeg wont program, it pumps out water fine and the pump stays running all the time but just wont program..no warning lights either!!! its a sh*te because its only 6mts old brought it in the north.and we are in the south please help as i cant do without this machine dishes are mounting up in sink now regards andy
