Mend Briggs & Stratton Lawn Mower Magneto

B&S mower ?

I replaced the manifold and i had to loosen the magnito. iput everything back but now the rope start is hard to pull and I can't get it started, might I have the magnito out of adjustment?

When you say 'magneto' do you mean the coil, bolted to the engine block very close to the flywheel? If so, don't let it touch the flywheel, but back it off on its bolts so there is a paper thickness gap between the flywheel and the coil.
