How can I fix my GE Profile washer, it will not fill up with water, all the lights go on on the panel but it will not start....

It sounds like you have an eeprom failure, which includes the start mechanism. unplug unit and remove four screws on top of control panel, inside you will find a tech sheet that tells you how to perform a diagnostic test on washer. Refer to repair clinic.com for parts for your unit. good luck.
