Mend Maytag Performa Dryer Screws Front

I dropped a flashlight down the lint trap of my Maytag Performa dryer!?

Can you tell me how to get it out? I tried unscrewing the screws on the front where the lint trap is but removing them seemed to do nothing. Can you please help me!?!?! Thank you!
