Mend Nissan Micra 1.4 High Oil Pressure

High oil pressure?

My Nissan Micra 1.4 2001 (old shape) is suffering from high oil pressure.Is there any solution to this?Is it possible to change/repair the oil pressure relief valve with the engine in-situ?
