Mend High Pressure Cold Water

High pressure cold water?

I was having problem with the hot water low pressure. I cleaned the water in and out to the Oil Boiler.
I Changed the pressure valve and the water Tank, plus air valve.
After I did all that now the pressure go to High up to the pressure valve goes off.
Please help me.

Start by explaining exactly what the blazes it is you are talking about. It seems to be some kind of heating system but what make? Model?
