Mend Polti Water Steam Cleaner

Polti water level alarm?

our Polti Vaporetto Eco Pro 3000 steam cleaner will sound the alert to indicate that it is low on water.
The problem is that it will also sound the alarm EVEN when it is full.

Please advise how/where it can be rectified.
