Should have added, the hole in pipe is tapered, Large at top end and small at outlet, this helps to increase pressure. So it would probably be better to disconnect the top end and inverting it when cleaning it out to have a better chance that all bits in the pipe will drop out.

It also seems very difficult to get parts for these sort of domestic things in North America, could reduce land fills and distributors and retailers pockets if it wqs easy to obtain parts.

Recently acquired one not working, first the little valve that makes the vibration was stuck, pulled it apart and freed it. Since then ave needed to keep tube through heating element clean, had just started putting vinegar in the mix, will put more now I've read these comments.

Had the same problem...undid the little screw at the base of the stick, took the head off, used a pipe cleaner...voila! little bit of junk came out and we're good as new. have really hard water here so scale buildup is always a problem. can solve it by adding a little vinegar to your water...gets a better clean and keeps the pipes clear.

Mine was doing the same so I took it apart. The outlet of the steam chamber was plugged. I cleared it with a piece of thin wire. I used a garbage bag tie with the paper stripped off. I then ran it with half water and half vinegar. You don't have to take the machine apart as I did. If you remove the bottom screw on the back of the steamer body, the mop head can be removed and you will then see the outlet of the steam chamber. It is a brass piece about a half inch round and if you were trying to run the mop it will be very hot. Just push the wire up the hole in the centre a few times. You can then try it. If it is clear then replace the mop head and run the vinegar solution through.

Mine is now doing the same. After searching WWW there appears to be nothing but forums of customers with the same issue and never a single comment of an actual repair or manufacturers' comment for service support. This speaks for itself that the company is milking as many of us as it can. Tell all that this company needs to be avoided
