I can't turn on or receive reception on my Digihome DV940b Freeview box?
My above freeview box was working fine then gradually over the course of a few weeks I started to get bad signal and then lose channels all together. Now I have no signal at all. Tried obvious thing like reinstalling channels but just searches with no results. Have turned off freeview unplugged it but now cannot take it off standby. Have replaced batteries in controls. Don't know what else to try. Please help!
I had the same problem as you Natalie although i can now receive some channels, but most of them are WEST:... (due to us living in the West Country) - I cannot receive ITV, Ch4, E4, More4 or Sky Sports, but can receive ITV2+1, so frustrated! We now have alot of channels i have never seen before (Lottery Extra, Top-Up TV etc).
Would appreciate any feedback from anybody with any knowledge, as would Natalie i am sure!
