How to depressurize Baxi boiler?

Hi when repressurizing my Bax Duo Tec Combi HE A 33 which has low pressure on the odd occasion I've stupidly turned the knob the wrong way and have ended up at 3 which is too high. How do I release pressure please????

Bleed a radiator. until the pressure drops back, use a bowl or something to catch the water coming out. Do Not use the overpressure valve, you could damage it.
