Mend Iveco Turbo Daily Reg

speedometer problems?

i have two iveco turbo daily classics, an R reg and an S reg. the speedos have gone in both. i swapped them around, i'e into opssosite vans and had no luck, i've tried fuses and all seem to be ok . i am completely out of ideas.

Mines an S reg with same problem... Have been told that its the electronic sender unit ( rear of gearbox) that may need cleaning or replacing after checking the wiring from it is sound..
