How can I fix my Iveco Daily 2002 van?

Hi can any one help me ,My van will not start on the key first thing in the morning but will start after just a couple of meters on a bump start. It will then start all day after that on the key even after being stood for 3/4 hours . It has had a new battery and a new thermo start and the electrics are all fine and been checked. the van is a 29L9 2002 ,52 reg Many Thanks in advance Daz

First thing to check are heater plugs, then air in fuel and then compression.
Cold days and slower cranking speeds with even one heater plug out = non start.
