hazards and indacators dont work?

is anything else on same fuse such as cigarette lighter, interior lights or anything that dosent need ignition on.also are each side flashers u/s.does fuse blow with just flashers on.are there any damaged lights on van [which may be causing short].check wiring n/s/f chassis for chaffing.dont forget to check repeater lights as well.
