Mend Neff 8132 Cycle Wash Inside

How can I fix my diplomat 8132?

My Neff Diplomat 8132 starts on the first cycle but will not click onto wash. The water inside is not hot although the detergent dispenser has opened. It will continue like this all day if not stopped. I have tried other programmes but this doesn't make any difference.
