Mend Electrolux DX6453 Heating Dishwasher Cold

electrolux dx6453 has stopped heating water?

zanussi/electrolux dishwasher dx 6453 - cold fill - has stopped heating water i think - so when wash cycle is complete and you open the door it is still cold inside
normally after the quick 60degrees cycle it would be full of steam inside.
