Beko wmb10 Won't start cycle (Door interlock not engaging)?

My daughter recently moved house , shortly after her Beko was dancing round the kitchen, I inspected, and as I suspected the concrete had come loose.
However it now won't start it's cycle when ordered to do so...based upon my assumption that the door still opens whilst in programme, or do I need to look elsewhere,bare in mind the loose block??

Any help gladly appreciated
