How can I fix my Rexel LP25 A4 laminator?

My Rexel LP25 A4 laminatop 'gave-up-the-ghost' mid activity. I managed to pull the carrier through and allowed the laminator time to cool down and then tried again. It heated to the correct but it failed to pull the carrier through. Please advise me on how to mend it. Thank you.
