Mend Craftsman Second Gas

Craftsman lawnmower starting/running issues???

My 3 year old craftsman starts for a second then quits. It seems like it runs only on the gas that is primed into it. After doing this about 10 times, it finally ran but very weakly. It would barely cut or suck the remaining leaves from last year.

Can anyone help?
