Mend Matsui Dishwasher Indicator Salt

matsui mf 160 dishwasher salt indicator light on and will not operate ?

the salt indicator light is showing and will not go off therefore i can not use any program. I have put salt in machine and have also emptied machine of water and still the indicator light is showing... I can not get it off...Help please!

try washing the salt compartiment with hot water and with the help of a wooden stick until the sensor will be clean - then fill the compartiment with new salt - it may help
