How can I fix my Aquilisa 609 Thermostatic Shower?

My Aquilisa 609 Thermostatic shower, purchased 10 years ago continues to drip when I turn it off. I do not seem able to completely turn the knob off, as the logo will not quite reach the horizontal.
Can you help please?
