Mend Toyota 93 Engine Spark Plugs Battery

My 93 Toyota is some timmey?

After purchasing gas a week ago, my car will not start up. After starting it up for 10 mins it will go but once you turn it off to start it back up it want start up. Its 17=5 yro and it have 172235 mils and its a standard stick. 1.6L. I have already purchased spark plugs and wire, TSP, fuel enjector oil rings and check the Battery. Still it want keep running. What is the problem?

chech the fuel filter replace if been on the car for more than a year.
what condition is the air filter in?
clean distributor cap inside or replace if terminals are worn also replece rotor arm inside the distributor.
