hi i purchased a sonwa tv about a year ago, and i left it running one day and came back to see that it hada key in the bottom left corner i turned it off then back on, and since then can only get a black screen with the red key please help???? any body kno how to fix this?? i have tried to contact sonwa and they have just told me theyd call me back about 10 times please somebody help me i dont want to buy a new tv yet

Wow u r a life saver.. It's my sons tv he plays ps2 on it. My 2 y/o daughter had somehow locked it.. It's school hols and he's been driving me crazy cause he couldn't play his games ..

Our Sonwa flat screen just locked for no reason..and we had no idea how to un-lock it, so thanks for the help and thanks to the original person for asking the question in the first place.

Hi,
I have the same problem on my Sonwa Tv. Blue screen with Red lock on top left corner.
Problem is, there is no F or 'function' key on my remote.(as previously suggested to hold mute + f key) Any other suggestions?? Pls help!!

This isn't an answer, more of a HUGE thankyou!! I have had the same problem with my Sonwa TV (the red key lock a result of frustration one night when I was half asleep and couldn't find the power button to turn it off!), I haven't been able to get rid of the red key lock since and that was about 3 weeks ago! Now I can watch movies in bed again - yay!!!! Thanks to those who answered this problem...and thankyou to the person who lodged it! And thankyou to Google who found this site for me!! I am a very happy person now *smiles*

hold the function key first then press the mute button to remove the child lock

press the mute and f putton on the remote at the same time this will take the child lock off i got the ansa off another forum site hope this helps you
