Mend Simpson Enduro 751 Machine Wash

My simpson enduro 751 will not spin dry or wash?

the machine ran a full cycle and i decided to do an extra rinse cycle when it was finished but now it is full and will not run at all - wash or spin dry.

i had this problem
either
belt
motor
or capacitor
in my case capacitor,turn off power and water,open up top control panel,screws at back,white cylinder 75mm long, 3 wires,don't touch pins,cost $30.
mine was badly burnt that is how i spotted it.
