Toilet : C2 instructions c2 is the bench type with the flush knob and blade opener to the left and toilet roll holder to the right [facing]
Turn on 12 volt electrics. Turn on a light in toilet or Saloon where you can see it. Press the flush knob down and release at same time observing the light. If the light dims then comes back up on releasing the flush button current is reaching the pump which may be knackered or the impeler has stuck.
To access the pump in this type lift out the toilet roll holder then pull up the housing it sat in. You may have to ease around the edges. Once out you will see the pump in the bottom of the tank in a cage. one screw on the cage and the pump and cage can be lifted out. Turn the pump over and with small screwdriver turn the impeler until it feels free drop the pump back in the tank or if not full of water in a bucket press the flush knob to see if it works.
To replace the pump cut the wire on the old pump about 6 inches from the pump. Note one of the wires has a second colour tracer in the sheathing. So will the new pump wire these must be wired together.
www.fleetwood-owners-club.co.uk might be able to suggest something with the roof but you might have to join to findd out.
Now on the new pump you might find soldered or brass tip ends cut off 6 inches of the cable...NOT FROM PUMP END. From car accessories you can get 'heat shrink joint sleeves' for covering the spliced wires together. Slide on the shrink joints twist each wire end together... Single colour to Single colour and Tracer colour to tracer colour replace pump and stow the jointed wires out of the water on the back shelf. The shrink joint done properly should be water proof but add tape to ensure this. I used a larger version on BT for cable joints.

As for roof vibration no a lot can be done mine does the same in high wind turbulance causing floppy sheeting like the caravan to viberate.
If the mastic areas look suspect strip it oll off and re-do it but don't cut the mastic nozzle leave it and build up in layers if needed that way it ends up a lot neater job.
