kicthen hot tap not working in my caravan?

the best way to access the switch isfrom the vent on the outside of the caravan take the vent off, by the kitchen window, i had the same caravan same year same model same problem, never fixed it as caravan got wrote off

Sounds like a micor switch problem and may need replacing. Worst is the whole tap unit if the tap is creaking. As taps differ can't say how to access the micro switch.

Try the caravan manufacturer unless you know what make the tap is. You might get information on how to access the micro switch/es of the tap/s. If not they might point you in the right direction.
A Test would be to listen for the 'click ' on the cold tap and do same with hot tap no click then that could be it. Another trick I've been told is to warm the tap up with a hair dryer it may be damp in switch I did this and it worked. Don't give guarantees though
