How can I dismantle a leaking Whale Elite microswitch tap in my caravan?

I can remove the lever and microswitch but I don't know how to dismantle the rest of the tap in order to repair the leak. Also I cannot remove the tap assembly from the van because I don't know how to remove the pipes connected to it. They appear to be a push fit but I'm afraid to pull them off in case I can't replace them. My caravan is an Elddis Burghley (based on the Avante). The diagrams in the handbook do not represent the same taps as in my van but I do know that they are in the Whale Elite range of taps.
