how to repair inside ceiling on 1988 Fleetwood motor home?

The ceiling of my motor home is coming loose from the insulation. I do not know if the interior above the ceiling insulation is wood or metal.

This is a 1988 Fleetwood Southwind Class A. The ceiling apears
to be a plastic or maybe vinyl that is perferated with a sheet of foam above it.
