Mend Dyson We Anyone Help

We have an F16 fault on our Dyson Washing machine can anyone help!?

Hi our Dyson washing machine has an F16 fault and a number to call. We called the number and the girl at Dyson didn't know what an F16 was. As we are in Germany at present she gave us the German number for a dyson engineer but this will cost a fortune. Can anyone help us fix this?

if you can source a triac then you may be able to repair the board
