E20 error keeps coming up on my Zanussi washing machine ?
my Zanussi washing machine is only just over a month old and I have manually drained it 3 times and tried the cycle again each time but it still doesn't work. We have pulled the black pipes out under neath and nothing blocking in there either. We still get the E20 errror. Can anyone help
remove the filter and then shine a torch inside the filter housing and you will see the drain pump impeller.get something and make sure it rotates and isn't jammed with fluff or something.do this b4 calling them out as if it is something you washed jammed in the drain pump it is officially a customer chargeable job!
